Hi All, This is regarding XX-7962. XX-7962 is partially fixed. 1.Create a user 900 and login to the end user portal of 900 and add a contact with following details : First name : First12 Last name : User12 Phone: 10000 2.Now again try to add next contact with same details : First name : First12 Last name : User12 Phone: 10000 Click on SAVE button. Result : Contact is NOT created. "Couldn't create contact. Duplicate entries are not allowed" is displayed which is expected. But while verifying XX-7962 came across the following scenario : Tried to add the contact with same details as above but with a case change in the Last name as shown below : First name : First12 Last name : user12 Phone: 10000  Contact is created successfully. If there is just a case change in first / last name it is considered as a new contact. Please let me know whether this is design intent or XX-7962 should be reopened? Thanks in Advance, Vani I.H. |
