Precondition:
Registered the following phones to the SCS running 4.0.4-017289.
Polycom 670 ,
Polycom 320,
Nortel 1210.
NOTE:
Firmware version of Polycom is 3.1.3.0439.
Firmware version of Nortel 1210 is SIP12x0.01.01.01.00.
Test:
1. Installed 4.0.4-017289.
2. Did a software upgrade to 4.1.7-018497.
-- SUT got upgraded to 4.1.7-018497 but the phones did not get
upgraded to the new firmware files.
3. Config UI, sent profiles and rebooted the phones manually.
--Phones got upgraded to the latest firmware files.
I would like to raise an improvement for the automatic restart of phones
after the upgrade process, so that the phones will get updated with the
latest files available with the upgraded system.
Please advise.
