Attached for discussion/critique is a patch that allows one to mark the
ringtone in the system generated speed dial directory. I realize this is post
DB freeze so there's no chance it or anything like it would make it in, but
some discussion of the need for such a feature might be worthwhile.

The idea is that a phone (in my case Polycom) may support distinctive rings
based on the incoming caller ID. By providing a directory feature to indicate a
special ring (in a phone specific way) one could deploy a special ring to all
phones easily. A motivating example is a doorphone, when someone presses the
call button a 'ding dong' (doorbell) sound can play on various phones
throughout the building rather than just having them ring normally.

Using code in the plugins implementation or simply the velocity templates each
phone model could interpret this 'opaque' ringtone value in a way that makes
sense to it. It may be worth making it a enum like entity with a pulldown list,
but it seemed better to just leave it wide open (a simple string) for
experimenting.

I am no longer using this patch based on some comments I received on the idea a
few weeks back, I'm mostly posting this to stimulate discussion on the feature
idea.

I've tested this under Polycom 3.2.2 with SVN build 17896 on Polycom 650's and
335's.
