Hello, If you login to user portal, by default, it goes to VoiceMail page. On the left panel, under Inbox, it has Conference. I thought that was the place to manage my conference. It took me quite a while to find out that Conference under VoiceMail is for Conference recording. User's conference can be managed under My Information->Conferences.
IMO, labeling "Conference" for Conference recording functionality is very confusing, and there is nothing on the page indicates that this is for Conference recording. I think it should be re-labeled to reflect such, and there should be some help text on the page as well. Comments? Thanks Huijun
