Hello,

If you login to user portal, by default, it goes to VoiceMail page. On the left 
panel, under Inbox, it has Conference. I thought that was the place to manage 
my conference. It took me quite a while to find out that Conference under 
VoiceMail is for Conference recording. User's conference can be managed under 
My Information->Conferences.

IMO, labeling "Conference" for Conference recording functionality is very 
confusing, and there is nothing on the page indicates that this is for 
Conference recording. I think it should be re-labeled to reflect such, and 
there should be some help text on the page as well.

Do we have a way to distinguish the types of recordings? Maybe should have a 
sub page under "Recordings" for each type?

Conference recordings have names like "Conference Call 00000001" and regular 
voicemail messages have names like "Voice Message 00000001" so we should be 
able to differentiate recordings from different sources.
