I was working on getting sipxecs to build for centos and other distros using
the suse build service as a free alternative to Avaya's builds. This is not
to be confused w/sipxecs running on SUSE liinux distro, that is an entirely
different subject . As I was getting this working, there were those few
features that were removed and so i took it upon myself to integrate them
back in. I have 4.2 built and working on my test system with these
features, but I think this might be a good opportunity to add a few more
community driven features like support for more ITSPs and Fedora 12. You
tell me.

I'm coordinating the effort here for now
