Hi All,

This is regarding the "Branch" parameter on the sipXbridge > Configuration screen.

Configuration Steps:
1. Goto System > Branches , added a new branch called "Qantom"
2. Goto Devices > SBC Routes > sipXbridge-1 > Configuration screen, here from the drop down for "Branch" select "Qantom", click on Ok button.
3. Restart the services (SIP Proxy, SIP Registrar, SIP Trunking) prompted for restart.
( I do not see the changes getting reflected anywhere except the System > Branches screen where the count for SBCs displays 1 for the branch Qantom)
4. Goto Users > user 520 , here from the drop down for "Branch" select "Qantom" and click on OK

>From 520, call PSTN number -->
the call goes through sipXbridge (branch = Qantom)to the PSTN number
From 521 (Branch not= Qantom) , call PSTN number --> the call goes through sipXbridge (branch = Qantom)to the PSTN number
(theoretically this call should not have gone through since 521 does not belongs to the branch "Qantom")

Could it be possible that the Branch setting on the sipXbridge-1 > Configuration screen doesn't actually do anything? If so, then could a jira be raised for this setting to be removed ?
