It's a correct behaviour, since the server has an "Uninitialized" status.
In order to register a new server you should follow the next steps:
1) first, you must configure the new system in the sipXecs Web UI (Under
System/Server page);
2) also, in first screen in the sipXecs Initial Configuration Wizard
choose 'Adding an server' option
OR
run {sipx-home}/bin/sipxecs-setup on your newly configured machine in
order to register the server.
