I've talked to the team, and here's an approximate account of what happened. It relates to: - XX-2257 report status of newly added server - XX-6740 Media Relay and CDR are prompted for restart upon Enabling/disabling each of the server roles Previously the "Server Roles" configuration was located on the main Configuration tab, and all tabs were always displayed. The XX-2257 fix added hiding of all tabs, except main Configuration, when the server is Uninitialized. The XX-6740 fix moved "Server Roles" to a stand-alone tab. Therefore, "Server Roles" is no longer shown for Uninitialized servers. I admit this is a regression. But it is tangled up in Service restart logic issues.
