It's a bug, but a known one that appears in a few places... here's at least one other issue that is really the same problem. http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-4770 The problem is that JainSIP does not act on SRV records correctly on its own - the application has to do some of the forking work (Ranga knows the details but is on vacation this week).
