Hello. I am using --> sipXconfig (4.2.0-018575 2010-04-15T00:40:11 ecs-centos5)
The gateway installed is audiocodes MP-118 FXO with version ID: 5.60A.024.003. Sipx gateway version software 5.6 was also selected for gateway setup. Incoming calls via the gateway, going to voicemail are only being recorded for ten seconds. A backup .ini file was loaded on the actual gateway that was in use with Sipx version 4.0.4. If this is a known problem and there is a resolution, can you please point me in that direction.
