Don't know if this applies or not, but we had a similar issue but VM only worked for 10seconds. Turned out our AudioCodes thought the connection was broken. I changed the following setting:
Protocol Configuration->Sip Advanced Parameters->Disconnect on Broken Connection from 100ms to 1000ms. Sipx gateway version software 5.6 was also selected for gateway setup. Incoming calls via the gateway, going to voicemail are only being recorded for ten seconds. A backup .ini file was loaded on the actual gateway that was in use with Sipx version 4.0.4. If this is a known problem and there is a resolution, can you please point me in that direction.
