Sounds similar to problems discussed in: http://forum.voxilla.com/sipx-support-forum/sipx-directed-call-pickup-78xxx-28677.html It's likely an AudioCodes FXS limitation/bug. What version of the AudioCodes firmware were you using? If you were using 6.00 you may want to go back and try the 5.60 version.
