If this is true, then this is a major issue for implementations that have synchronized with LDAP directories such as MS Active Directory where SCS user IDs are being generated and pushed down to the SCS. User IDs in those systems almost always contain alpha characters. That means that Directed Call Pickup will not work in their environment. ________________________________ Please enter this as an issue and give it priority "Critical". We will prioritize fixing it.
