The Main SVN repo is being restructured to make it better optimized for
builds, etc.. In order to do this we left the 4.2 and old main alone.
As we are mostly still cleaning up 4.2 this seemed like a good time to
do it. One of the reasons that some of you probably have seen is the
instability in some of the release tools (Fisheye). Some of the
structure changes should help with that. I shouldn't probably say this
but we are also doing some of this because of the pending "horror" when
Avaya tries to integrate the Nortel network (our build servers). Not
sure of an ETA but it won't be too long.
