Hi All,
By using EDE, I am building a new 4.3 repository from the scratch. The very
last step of the process always fails with the error message:
BUILD FAILED
/home/liuk/SCSWORKING2/main/components/scs-tac/src/build.xml:233:
/home/liuk/SCSWORKING2/BUILD/scs-tac/properties not found.
The reason why I am building a new repository is, the old repository was
working fine until recently code rebase from the main branch, and the make
check failed with the same error. I could not resolve the issue, and thought
building things from scratch might avoid the problem. But end up the same
result. Out of ideas now....
I am following the steps below:
1. Add the dependencies required by the new scs-tac component:
sudo yum -y install libpcap-devel
2. Remove you existing $CODE directory:
rm -rf main
3. Clone from the new repository:
git svn clone --username=XXXX https://svn.scsavaya.com/scs/main main
4. Always best to get the latest Step #4 script:
cp main/tools/ede/ede_build_devuser.sh ede_build_devuser.sh
5. Re-run the Step #4 script using "main/components" for $CODE:
./ede_build_devuser.sh -c main/components
