If memory serves I did build it at one point shortly after it was released. It
needed some "cleaning up" before I felt it was ready for production but I never
got around to fixing it up. If I have time, perhaps I could do that in the
future.

As for dependencies. I took a quick skim of the prj file and it looks like the
only nonstandard file is the Office Interop file. I believe these come with the
latest version(s) of office and are also available as a download from MS if
memory serves. They are basically a wrapper object for COM classes in Office.

Are you are looking at adding to part of the build process? I'm not sure what
the licensing is on the Interop files, but I'm pretty sure you can upload them
for build purposes. I can send them along if you need them. Also are there any
other dependencies besides the interop file?

I also just checked an I have a completed build as well if you want that...

Subject: [sipX-dev] click to call for outlook

There is reference to source code for building the new Outlook 2007 click to
call executable with Visual Studio both in Jira and in the Wiki.   The files
that are there seem to be missing some dependencies.  Has anyone had success
compiling this code, or any idea where the dependencies might be.

It's referenced here -
