There was only 1 functional change to sipXrls 4.3 (or otherwise) and
that was made by Hoa so what's in SIPfoundry subversion would be fine
place to merge from in this case.

By "sipfoundry subversion not being maintained", I meant that the host was down:

$ telnet scm.sipfoundry.org
Trying 63.209.253.188...
telnet: connect to address 63.209.253.188: No route to host
$ 

But I check again, I *can* connect to the HTTPS port.  So that "No route to 
host" is artificially created by a firewall somewhere. You shouldn't have 
firewall rules that lie about the *existence* of the server, because people 
might believe it!
