In the Devices->Gateway config, there's the "Transport Protocol"
setting with Auto, UDP, TCP, and TLS as options. Does this setting
only affect which protocol the configured SIP trunk uses? Or, does it
also affect how sipX responds to SIP message header Via fields?

The reason I ask is the Avaya Session Manager that we're connecting to
sends two Via options: SIP/2.0/UDP and SIP/2.0/TCP. All
communication prior to this are done in TCP. We have the trunk
configured to use TCP on both Session Manager and sipX. But given the
option, sipX seems to choose UDP. We're not sure if this is a bug on
Session Manager or on sipX. Thanks for any insights.
