Hello Tony- very interesting Webinar from ezuce, too bad about the idiot with the cell phone. I am interested to know if they are planning to make changes to the AA so that you can easily have the attendant phone ring before it is answered by the AA. I have set it up before using your instructions. Also tenanting would- is there a way to set up more than 1 auto attendant so many companies could use one system. And finally DISA are than any plans for that
