Good day, We are using sipXecx 4.2 with softphones Bria and VOP, also hardphone Polycom. In external calls some times sipXecs drop/release the call after 80 secs aprox if the user has Bria or VOP. Polycom does not have problem.
I mean drop/release because call is ended but no release message is send; it looks better say drop (?) The cases are: 1) The call is put on hold and drop/release after 80 secs 2) The call arrives to hunt group and everybody is busy, then call "waits" in sipXecs listening MOH until someone is free but if time is around 82 secs, the call drop/release. Now my users have call park feature like "long hold option" but is a temporal solution. Do you have any suggestion or comments.
