OK thanks. Now I'm having trouble finding instructions for installing on an existing CentOS system. Please understand I have only basic familiarity with Linux.

I tried this - seems to succeed:

# wget -P /etc/yum.repos.d/ http://download.sipfoundry.org/pub/sipXecs/sipx-0.0.4.5.1-centos.repo --2010-12-30 12:58:57-- http://download.sipfoundry.org/pub/sipXecs/sipx-0.0.4.5.1-centos.repo
Resolving download.sipfoundry.org... 184.73.152.126
Connecting to download.sipfoundry.org|184.73.152.126|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK

Saving to: `/etc/yum.repos.d/sipx-0.0.4.5.1-centos.repo'

100%[=====================================================>] 168 --.-K/s in 0s

2010-12-30 12:58:57 (10.5 MB/s) - `/etc/yum.repos.d/sipx-0.0.4.5.1-centos.repo' saved [168/168]

I don't know whether that was the correct repo to choose.

What is my next step?

Where could I have found the answer by myself?
