I don't think its feasible, technically to provide feedback to the
page initiator (pager), because that would mean 9 other phones are
hearing the page. The page recipient(s) (pagee) might have a call
coming in at the same time.

If having the area where the pagee is sitting needs to be heard and
not allow the pagee to interrupt (perhaps they are already on the
phone), this is a use case to employ an overhead paging system.
