Hi All,
I apologize for my previous mail for not sending clearly
Steps I followed
1. Installed a LDAP server with slappasswd as -12345(which is
encrypted to {SSHA}Y48pn3qphmnfpZKDsk844EcP91lQ8gIp)
2. Contact was added to it
3. In Config Ui LDAP access through
User -- cn=Manager,dc=ttplservices,dc=com and password
is 12345
4. Then I select Authentication Options as - LDAP only
5.Then I imported the user to ConfigUI from LDAP.The users are
123,130,131.
My query is
1.When I trying enter 123 user portal as follows
User Id = 123
Password = 12345(Ldap Password)
----- Failed(User ID and PIN combination is not valid. Please
try again)
User Id = 123
Password ={SSHA}Y48pn3qphmnfpZKDsk844EcP91lQ8gIp(Ldap
encrypted Password)
----- Failed(User ID and PIN combination is not valid. Please
try again)
Observation:
Same thing as mentioned above is seen for all user in ConfigUI
,including the user which are not imported from LDAP
So cannot login to user portal if LDAP only authentication is
selected.So Please Guide us whether it is setting problem or a issue in
SipXecs
