When doing a "backup now" ftp backup fails with an "Unknown Internal Error returned by the FTP server" within 2 seconds from pressing "BACKUP NOW". I don't see any message in sipXconfig.log. I don't see how it could fail that quickly as it has not processed the backup AND tried to make a FTP connection in 2 seconds, could it?
