Thanks for your useful information.
1.I tried with search base "ou=Senior Emplyes,o=TTPL
QA,dc=ttplservices,dc=com" and it import only 2users contact from LDAP
and I can able to login to user portal when LDAP only authentication
is selected
2.When I tried with search base
"dc=ttplservices,dc=com" and it import all the 3users contact from LDAP
but I cannot ble to login to user portal when LDAP only
authentication is selected.This is due to search base is higher as you
mentioned.(Geoff just discovered that for a higher search base,
authentication does not work)
But still Geoff is not opened a issue yet.
