Hi, In fact direct subscriptions to end phones also produces a timeout (not only to the RLS), so I'm not sure it's related.
Beside this (not TLS related) the parking rooms/orbits of 4.4.0 are very buggy, there were some rare problems with 4.2.1 of call stuck, but with 4.4.0 it happens almost every time. Regards.
