The scenario is: 1.Log into the end user portal 2.Click on MyInformation ->MyBuddy 3.On the right hand side of this page, click on the Mybuddy tab. According to the description given : i..e"Click button to enable MyBuddy, which will add MyBuddy to your IM buddy list. Alternatively you can manually add MyBuddy through IM client. ". If I see in the bria phone, the user is not getting added to the IM buddy list. So we need to alternatively add MyBuddy Manually through IM client (through superadmin account). So could anyone guide me on this to know if this behaviour is ok or do we have to raise a Jira ticket. Thanks & Regards, Chitra
