Brand means Call Center Client in sipX terminology - right now we use just one 
Call Center Node (it's the sipX server)

Hi All,

With respect to openacd, could anyone tell me how to select the Magic 
skills in queue. I mean to say if  I select the queue magic skill as 
Brand or Node, the agent is not getting the call. If I call the Openacd 
extension, only MOH is heard. If I select the Magic skill as Queue, then 
the call goes to agent.
