Hi All, With respect to openacd, could anyone tell me how to select the Magic skills in queue. I mean to say if I select the queue magic skill as Brand or Node, the agent is not getting the call. If I call the Openacd extension, only MOH is heard. If I select the Magic skill as Queue, then the call goes to agent.
