disconnected between the agent 201 and the user 200(third party) and the
agent 201 becomes available, the call from the phone which had called the
openacd line 700 lands up again in the agent phone 201.

Note: Only agent phone 201 and the user 200(third party user) can speak.

So Please let us know if this is the right behaviour.
