We were successful in installing an image on a AWS AMI instance and can access the instance from a Web UI and configure users etc.
When a SIP client tries to register, it is not successful. Wireshark traces indicate SIP register messages being sent out, however we have yet to confirm if this messages are received by the server. We are trying to figure out once logging is turned on the server, what the next steps are to view the file. Running configuration test, DHCP, DHCP (option 120) and DNS test fail. In the instance running, we do not have DHCP configured as SIP clients will get their IPs from their local environments. Any suggestions on what the issue may be?
