A quick note to thank Tony, Douglas and Michael for their help on AWS.

We have had SipX in an Amazon AWS environment working for about a week now -
so far tested SIP/RTP, conferencing and presence. Moving to HA next.

DNS and NAT traversal consumed majority of the time, however Wireshark
proved to be invaluable tool.
