Hi people, I have tested OpenACD with sipXecs 4.5.2. thereby I found some inconsistencies.
Using the AgenUI as supervisor (port 5050) for OpenACD monitoring works fairly unstable. Error messages that open from time to time, make use of the UI uncomfortable. On Dashboard "reloadDataStore errored,Error: Unable to load /supervisor/status status:404" repeates often. Looking to details of an AgentGroup in Dashboard sometimes shows the same Agent name twice. While using starcodes for OpenACD control I miss an acknowlegment. I can play an media-file, but I don't know if the login failed. How can the user see that he is successfull logged? I miss the possiblity to configure the integrated voicemail system. Using send to voicemail as receipe causes in one tone but no message that the user should leave a message. At last I miss some receipes typs: First I miss a receipe send a call (media) to an specific extension. Like an reception or so. Second I miss the possiblity to cancel a call after some time. At the moment a media in queue can leave the queue for 3 reasons. The caller cancels the call. The caller is transfered to voicemail or the call will be answered. At least in sipXecs config server Features -> Call Center -> Settings -> FreeSWITCH Media Manager Configuration the Dial String can't changed cause by a missing edit field.
