Yes, it's true ... the OpenACD UI doesn't work very well - you often need to
refresh the page (F5 or ctrl+F5).
I think this error occurs only for 'supervisor' tab (a question on the
[email protected] list will perhaps give you a more official
answer). Anyway you can use 'dashboard' tab instead of 'supervisor' tab.

Two recipe actions (Caller Id and Caller Name) have been added recently in
OpenACD and we don't have yet these recipe actions in sipX UI. Please see

Could you raise a JIRA issue for this?

I don't know but using OpenACD UI, an available agent can transfer a call to
another agent or to another queue.
