We've created an issue XX-9781, and we've solved it as well. A patch is
available in the ticket. Can someone please check the patch?
The ticket: To us it would be very useful to display company name from an
incoming call on the display of the phone. This can be based on several
resources. We already created a plugin to check it from a local database table.
The number from all incoming calls will be searched in the database and a name
will be added to the CID if a match is there. The plugin can be
disabled/enabled in the GUI. At night the database table can be synced from all
the sources one needs like LDAP or some other database system.
