Hello Laurentiu, That's great. I have some additional information too:
In the plugin there's also this functionality; in another database table (callerid_ddi) one can put a name. If a sipx user is called through a helpdesk number, the user can see this on his/her phone that this is the case. So the user can see if they're being called through their personal number or some general number, so the user can change the response to the call.
