because when the files are saved by the user the file is not unique.
right now EVERY fax has the exact same filename. I find that
problematic, so do users.

with a name of yyyymmddhhmmss they will be unique. they will also be
sortable. this makes it easier to move to a smb share if this is
already tackled.
