Is there really a need to push profiles to all phones on every bug fix release? If the templates are not changing, does anything else really necessitate profile push/reboot of the phones? Seeing as how there are 14 bug fix releases, this somewhat limits the serviceability of applying patches with the least amount of user disruption, as some have 24x7 environments.
