You need to run sipxecs-setup as root. Also make sure that you check
this "Checking localhost name is not shared:[FAILED]"

After compiling 4.4 on our centos 5 and running sipxecs-setup, when
start my sipx, the following erros was reported about httpd. I knew
the httpd-sipxchange-common.conf should be generated by sipx but it
seemed failed when starting. Also lots of messages about
"/usr/local/sipx/libexec/sipXecs/setup.d/011_sipx-config-httpd-access"
