The following process is what I've done my centos 5 server but still failed
when start sipx. There are huges of "011_sipx-config-httpd-access" in same time.
What did I ever missed ? I have no yet the file of
"httpd-sipxchange-common.conf" created by my compile process.

If you ran
make sipx
that file should have been installed.
Try running
cd {your build root dir}/sipXpbx/etc
make install
