Thanks for the info! I must admit I have never heard of "hoteling" I will check that out! I am actually trying to register aastra phones models 6755i and 6757i. Although if the workstation does not have a hard phone I will drop to a softphone on the workstation.

If it's a soft phone, it can be programmed to automatically register/unregister as you desire.
