Occasionally you cannot update, but rare and if we know about it, we're supposed to inform developers on dev list to clear their system. sipxconfig.log probably had your answer, if you still have it, it might be worth posting/investigating. this doesn't seem to happen enough to go too far out of our way to chase this down, but thanks for the post, keeps us honest.
