Also following services are not HA:
Authorization code  - Enabled for both the servers
Conference Recording - Enabled for both the servers
MOH - Enabled for both the servers
Call Park - Enabled for both the servers
Auto Attendant - Enabled for both the server
Intercom - all
MWI - Enabled for both the server
Paging groups - Enabled for both the server
REST API - Enabled for both the server
IM- XMPP - Enabled for both the server
IMBot - Enabled for both the server

So you would want to enable them only on a node. UI should be changed
to not allow such selections
