i would think that would be fine. i'm just looking for a way for customers to get their system up and going faster. if the admin only has to upload 10 MB vs. 120 MB to the server, that's a huge amount of time. in general all of the phones will already have the proper firmware and you're just trying to get the system functional again. uploading the firmware is easy after the fact.
