Service will not start. No meaningful error messages. Terminal returns
prompt when using "nofork". Can login but no new captures since July 27.
Homer still dead but pid file exists. It does get removed when stopping the
service and recreates when starting.

The only errors I can find actually relate to php configuration
(strtoftime) in apache error logs and are generated when doing searches and
when it runs its daily cleanup (mysql). One can login and do searches but
there has not been any new data.

I will likely post more once I can get homer capturing again, because the
source/destination port numbers seem to be incorrect for all the
transactions, but that might have been fixed already and wont be able to
tell until its running.
