Including all of jquery at this point might be too much for 4.6.0
release.  Also we have dojo already available so it would make more
sense to use that.  Let's just sit of this patch until we have more
time.  I realize you got it to 95% there but ezuce devs anyway are
just trying to get 4.6.0 done and do not have much time.
