I went ahead and did a full yum update. Interestingly, the "yum update"
included a bunch of sipx* packages that were not updated when I did a
"yum groupupdate sipxecs". After that I cleared the log, restarted
sipxconfig and sipxsupervisor (log attached). I ended up with some
openacd errors that appear to be coming from sipxagent (I tried running
that separately after I copied the log).
With some playing around and killing of openacd processes I was able to
get openacd to start. However, I cannot attach to it (some error about
/tmp/openacd being a directory) or reach it from the :9999 or :5050
interface. I noticed that sipxopenacd no longer appears to run as a
service so I was not able to get any information from that. But at
least the job errors in sipxconfig appear to be gone like you said!

Yes, please do a yum update and see if you still get the error message
- if still issue please attach sipxagent.log (make sure you delete it
before starting sipxecs)
