Hi All,
   We can enable special AA prompt through IVR(system Admin option) but 
it always select After hours by default as Special AA and no other-way 
to enable manual added AA or Operator as special AA..So is there a way 
that we can make AA to list the number of AA is present and to enable 
needed special AA?
