Hi All, If I set caller-id to user then call to 101 will play the prompt "You call is answered by ACS,Please Enter the extension" to that particular user....This behavior is not seen(will play normal prompt) if there is no caller-id is set...IMO its not a valid behavior to play the prompt "You call is answered by ACS,Please Enter the extension"....
